Winemaker Cody Hurd and the team will descend on one of the world’s greatest music cities from November 13th through 15th as a lead-in to the 2024 Holiday Season. Our Opening Act is a Winemaker Dinner on Wednesday, November 13, at Pershing House. The tour stop’s Headliner event is Austin Monthly’s ‘Best New Restaurants’ celebrating on Thursday, November 14. Priest Ranch wraps our Austin visit at Hestia restaurant with an afternoon sommelier and trade mixer. Hestia’s dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth that anchors the kitchen and dining room. The menu allows an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. They offer a la carte selections and a curated multi-course tasting menu to fully immerse yourself in the Hestia experience. From Noon to 2 p.m., Priest Ranch will host flights and bites for trade members.
