Elevate your next gathering with our Chicago-Style Slow Roasted Prime Rib, seasoned with the KPR Chicago Beef Rub. This exceptional spice blend serves as a delicious alternative to traditional “Montreal” steak seasoning, infusing the prime rib with rich flavors. Featuring a hearty dose of ground fennel, dried garlic, and an abundance of aromatic herbs, this rub perfectly complements the natural richness of the beef.
As the prime rib slowly roasts, the KPR Chicago Beef Rub develops a flavorful crust, locking in juiciness and creating a mouthwatering experience with every bite. This versatile rub isn’t just for prime rib; it also works wonderfully with pork, poultry, and lamb, making it a must-have in your spice cabinet. Pair this succulent dish with a glass of Priest Ranch Snake Oil or Priest Ranch Peacemaker to enhance the bold flavors and create a memorable dining experience. Perfect for holidays or special occasions, this recipe will surely impress your guests while allowing you to savor the moment with exquisite wine from Priest Ranch!

As you prepare our Chicago-Style Slow Roasted Prime Rib, consider complementing this flavorful centerpiece with a selection of delicious side dishes. Roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans with almonds, or a vibrant arugula salad with shaved Parmesan would pair beautifully and create a well-rounded meal. For a touch of elegance, consider serving a creamy horseradish sauce or a rich red wine reduction to elevate the flavor profile even further.
This prime rib recipe is perfect for any special occasion, whether it’s a holiday feast, a festive gathering, or an intimate dinner party with friends and family. To ensure your prime rib turns out perfectly, remember to let the meat rest after roasting for optimal tenderness and juiciness.
