Ingredients
- 1/2 Grapefruit, zested
- 2 tbsps Grapefruit juice
- 1/2 Lemon, zested
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 Orange, zested
- 1 tbsp Orange juice
- 1/2 Lime, zested
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 lb Thick sliced bacon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Place thick-cut bacon on a rack on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Remove the bacon from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Once cool, brush or spoon the flavor on both sides. Return the bacon to the oven and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until crispy.
- Let bacon cool for 3-5 min and enjoy with a glass of Rosé!
