Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Korean chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy
- 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Water
- 1/2 lb Thick sliced bacon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Place thick-cut bacon on a rack on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Remove bacon from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Once cool, brush or spoon flavor on both sides. Return bacon to the oven and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
- Let bacon cool for 3-5 min and enjoy with a glass of Priest Ranch Double Barrel!
