Tasting Notes

The 2019 Peacemaker opens with a youthful and aromatic nose of chocolate-covered cherries, raspberries, anise, and tobacco spice. Continuing on to the palate with robust and complex notes of blackberry cobbler, dark plum, and a touch of toasted vanilla. The finish is silky but concludes with a note of black currants.
