2021 Priest Ranch Double Barrel

Tasting Notes

A blend of Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon, the double barrel is an immense wine with a bouquet of aromas that include allspice, coriander, and a touch of star anise. Luscious tannins lead the palate that transitions into alluring notes of dark chocolate, bing cherry, and blueberries with just a trace of vanilla and spice. While an impressive wine to include with all sorts of food pairings like braised short ribs or even a bolognese, this wine has the strong ability to age for a few more years.
