The Priest Ranch Rosé begins with a whole cluster press of Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley. We harvest the grapes exclusively for this wine to achieve the perfect level of alcohol, high acidity, and color. Then, the wine is aged for seven months in 100% stainless steel tanks.
