Production Notes
Our 2024 Rosé was barrel fermented and aged for 7 months in neutral French oak to maintain bright fruit-forward notes. The fruit for the Priest Ranch Rosé is carefully harvested to create a high-quality Rosé.
Vineyard Notes
The historic Priest Ranch is now part of the Somerston Estate, a significant property totaling 1,682 acres, with 230 acres planted to hillside vineyards. Dramatic elevations of the vineyards define and distinguish the estate, ranging from 800 ft to 1,615 ft above sea level.
